Red Wine Constantini Cabernet Sauvignon Eminent – Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Vinification: Maceration 14 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: Natural maturing in oak barrels (barrique) for two years. Wine is not filtered.

Characteristics: Intense red ruby colour. The bouquet of blackcurrants, blueberries, dry plums with fine spices and leather. Complex aromas are well balanced with pleasant acidity and ripe tannins. Medium- to full-bodied, structured and elegant wine. Rich and long aftertaste. We recommend to open the bottle one hour before tasting the wine. The aroma is fully developed through the process of decanting.

Food pairings: Cold meats, Florentine steak, game in bread dough, deer fillet with bilberry, matured cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
