Vinification: Maceration 48 hours on skins. Fermentation: stainless steel, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation with indigenous bacteria. Maturation: 11 months on the lees in stainless still tanks Clarification-filtration: bentonite, light filtration. 

Characteristics: Deep golden yellow colour. Intense fruity aroma with tropical notes and a delicate scent of wild flowers. The wine has fresh and strong taste with a distinct fruity finish. 

Food pairings: Good for fish, seafood, chicken, salads and cheeses. Malvasia is also an excellent summer aperitif. To serve at 10 - 12 °C.
