Extra Virgin Olive Oil LISJAK GOLD. Early harvest olive oil, cold-pressed within a few hours after harvesting and obtained solely by mechanical means. 

Herbal aroma with fresh green notes of olive leaf. Very fruity and intense olive oil, with a grassy tone and a characteristic hint of green almonds, but also with a slight aroma of artichokes.  
The taste is full-bodied, very pleasant and harmonious, starting with sweetness in the mouth, followed by balanced bitterness and spiciness, with a distinctive burning finish. 
This olive oil goes perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, and pasta dishes, especially with pesto or light sauces. Also, pairs great with aged cheeses, fresh bread, or bruschetta.
