Prinčič Chardonnay Premium

Vinification: Lately harvested selected grapes, lightly pressed. The wine matures for 12 months in new smoked oak barrel.

Tasting notes: The wine is golden yellow in color and crystal clear, dense in the glass. The aroma is intense, with layers of toasted vanilla and ripe stone fruit, underscored by bold notes of campfire smoke and warm spice. We also smell very ripe fruit, especially very ripe peach, ripe pineapple and a note of passion fruit. In the mouth, the wine is dry and very balanced, as the alcohol, softness, acids and minerals complement each other nicely. Smooth texture, balanced acidity, and a long, nutty finish. The wine is elegant and full-bodied and extremely harmonious. 

Food pairings: This wine requires slightly more specific dishes, such as pasta with mushrooms and herbs, pasta with truffles, all types of white meat with sauces that are more pronounced and full of flavor. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C
